This class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of canoeing in a relaxed environment. Enjoy being outside for class as you explore Beebe Lake and other Finger Lakes area waterways. Meet new friends, learn new skills, and experience nature all while you keep active. 

When Offered Fall, Spring.

Fees Course fee: $215 for instruction/travel. For Cornell students taking the class to fulfill their PE requirement, course fee is waived upon successful completion of this course

Satisfies Requirement Satisfies one PE requirement if taken as PE.

    Drop Deadline: August 21st; Course Fee: $215. Fee waived if students still need PE credit to graduate (Students will first be billed the course fee, after passing and completing the course they will then be reimbursed the course fee. You must fulfill those requirements in order to receive the reimbursement.) Classes will take place either on Beebee Lake, on Campus, or on other Fingerlakes area waterways. Prerequisites: recreational swimmer.
