Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: ANSC 2500 or equivalent, ANSC 3510, ANSC 3511, and AEM 3020, or permission of instructor.

Outcomes
  • Students will develop critical thinking skills in business and financial decision making.
  • Students will gain experience in developing group based business outcomes through classroom discussion and interaction in support of their decision making process.
  • Students will gain perspective about real-life decisions through interactions with dairy farm families and employees, along with actual financial data pertaining to the business.
  • Students will learn how to think extemporaneously and develop verbal communication skills.
