Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2022-2023.

The course introduces students to a comparative study of European Contract Law. It explores European Contract Law by means of referring to three major and most representative national systems of contract law: English, French (including the major reform of 2016), and German law. The study of these national contract laws is undertaken in the context of efforts aimed at the approximation of national private laws of the European Union's Member States and attempts to harmonize contract law in Europe.
