In this course, students will gain greater awareness of how they manage their time and how they work with themselves. Through self-study and self-reflection, students will examine their ways of doing things and practice different approaches to time management, improving sleep and managing stress, as well as study skills including test preparation, reading, writing and problem-solving. Learning outcomes: students will develop greater self-awareness of their tendencies and how they do things, and will be able to evaluate how they are doing in terms of academics and personal well-being.
