Burn a ton of calories, get stronger, and punch out your stress! Learn how to move with power and confidence. Not only do participants get a 45-minute fitness/cardio workout with our attentive and expert instructors, they also learn to use real kickboxing techniques on a heavy bag. Level up and track your progress with our Achievement Sets. Kickboxing will help you build a great body, power, confidence, and self defense skills!
