The theme of the course is to explore some the key principles of effective leadership in today's world. This will be done through 1.) Exploring historical and contemporary theories and models of leadership 2.) Developing self-awareness of leadership strengths and weaknesses through the use of behavioral instruments and group exercises and 3.) Developing decision-making and change management skills.

Fees Course fee: $80.00. The fee will be used for self-assessments that are required for the course.

    Enrollment limited to: MPS in Management students. Add/Drop Dates: August 17th at 8:00am thru September 9th at 11:59pm with an additional Add/Drop period beginning October 20th at 8:00am thru October 27th at 11:59pm. After October 27th permission of the instructor is required to add/drop and a late fee of $100.00 will be charged. If you are dropping after November 17th you will also receive a "W" on your transcript in addition to the late fees. Non-Johnson students must see their college registrar regarding policies connected with adding/dropping a second half Johnson School class. A petition may be required. Students not enrolled in the Johnson MPS program may add themselves to the waitlists during the enrollment periods, however Johnson MPS Students have priority into the classes and those who are not a Johnson MPS student will be enrolled: 1) IF seats are still available after Johnson MPS students complete their enrollment period and 2) IF the instructor allows. There will be no enrollment from a wait list into a class if you have a time conflict or will put you over your maximum allowed credits.
