Course Description

This class combines the best of the Principals of Weight Training and Cardio Crazy to get your day off to a rocking and rolling great start. Students will use resistance and cardio equipment to create the perfect morning wake-up call.

Instruction Mode: In Person
Course Fee: $100; Last day to add: Thur 9/10. Last day to drop: Fri. 9/11. This class will meet on Rawlings Green in front of Helen Newman Hall. For more information, please see: www.pe.cornell.edu.
