Introduction to Driving High Reliability in Healthcare

This course is intended to provide future healthcare leaders core knowledge leading to competencies based on high-reliability principles of operational design and management, team leadership and collaboration within adaptive complex healthcare environments.

  • Apply tools and talents within a small team-based activity to demonstrate collaboration and comprehension of high-reliability methods.
  • Evaluate outcome measure methods for appropriate application to scenario-based events requiring post-event failure analysis.
