Employment Law: A critical treatment of LGBTQ, Gig Workers, Antitrust, and Worker Safety

This redesigned course will examine the conflicting developments in gay and transgender workers' rights at work, the emerging law of anti-poaching, antitrust and trade secrets, the complexity of gig workers' struggles, and the continuing legal illusions associated with workplace "safety"


Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: ILRLR 2010 and ILRLR 5010, or permission of instructor.
