Baseball Salary Arbitration Theory and Practice is a four module 1 credit course covering the history, use, and practical application of final offer interest arbitration by Major League Baseball to determine player compensation for a subset of Major League Baseball players. It involves an arbitration hearing making use of real data for two players from the shortened 2020 season.
