BME 3010
Cellular Principles of Biomedical Engineering

Course information provided by the 2020-2021 Catalog.

Integration of mammalian cell biology with engineering modeling principles, put into the context of medical pathology and disease states. Consists of three modules: (1) cell culture techniques/receptor ligand interactions, (2) cellular trafficking, and (3) signal transduction.


Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: BIOMG 1350, or BIOG 1440 and BIOG 1445, or BIOMG 3300 and MATH 2930, or permission of instructor.

Permission Note Enrollment preference given to: BME majors.
