    1 Credit. Prerequisite: Intended for graduate students, post A-exam preferred. Postdoctoral fellows may audit with permission of instructor (Prof. Raguso, rar229@cornell.edu). S-U grades only. Day and time TBD. In-depth discussions of career choices for academic biologists to empower them to manage their careers. Topics to be covered include developing strong CVs, personal statements, public speaking and interview skills, competing for postdoctoral, faculty and other professional positions, interviewing, dual careers, where to publish, grant administration, dealing with editors, tenure, promotion and other issues. Workshops will include panel discussions with postdocs, former NBB graduates and faculty members.
