Enjoy being outdoors in the Finger Lakes in this introduction to backcountry photography course.  Students will camp out and enjoy the beauty of this region. No backpacking or photography experience necessary. Participants do need to have their own camera (preferably with the camera manual). The Finger Lakes region is full of numerous opportunities for the avid nature photographer to refine their skills. This class will teach you some of the basics, including the rule of thirds, and how to utilize your exposure time to maximize your photographs. Fall semester class heads to the Adirondacks to maximize opportunities to get pictures of the fall colors.

Other classes will first meet at Bartels Hall and then travel to other areas around Fingerlakes region. Transportation is provided.
