Invention and Technology Commercialization: IP Management for Scientists, Engineers, & Entrepreneurs

Covers statutory protection (copyright, trademarks, patents, plant variety protection), contracts (from material transfer to licensing), management of IP (e.g., freedom-to-operate, valuation, genetic resources, trade, and marketing), and negotiation.
