A course for graduate or advanced undergraduate composers seeking individual music composition instruction. The course combines one-on-one meetings with group seminars featuring workshops, master classes, and/or visiting guests. In addition to individual and group meetings, composers may have opportunities for the reading and/or performance of their work.

Permission Note Enrollment is by portfolio submission and is contingent upon space availability.

Comments Portfolios, including a minimum of two recent scores and any audio-video documentation of performances, should be submitted via e-mail, musicatcornell@gmail.com, in advance of each semester along with a brief summary of musical background and interest in taking composition and a list of previous courses in music, including at least two semesters of music theory.
