A one-semester musical orientation for new members of the Chorus and Glee Club, helping them make the adjustment to the much greater demands of musicianship and vocal technique required in those ensembles. Topics covered include interval training, tonal centering, rhythm reading, speeding up the translation of notation, vocal technique, warmup exercises, common choral markings, following a conductor, and so on.
