Technology, Innovation and the Law Clinic

Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2017-2018.

In this project-based clinic, students will participate in a weekly seminar and also work on a computer software project. This clinic will expose students to the varied uses of computer technologies in the practice of law, with an emphasis on technologies that enhance access to justice and make legal services more affordable for individuals of limited means. Students will participate in a two hour/week seminar and also carry out approximately 10 hours/week of project work under the direction of the clinic professor.
