  • ‘Exercising Global Leadership in the Social Sector’ is learning to lead adaptively across sectoral, cultural and national boundaries to advance the common good of humanity at large. This course begins with introducing the leadership challenges that one faces in the social sector, especially in a world that is rapidly globalizing. One will learn how to increase one’s capacity to lead with and without authority, across boundaries, and from any political or organizational position. By the end of the course, students will have a better understanding of the leadership required to lead and shape the public, non-profit & social sectors on a global scale.
