Course Description

What special challenges face women as they transition from students to managers to leaders? What does research offer to women who are seeking C-level positions and the organizations that want to benefit from more women leaders? In this course, we seek to better prepare students of both genders to lead in organizations that are now comprised of nearly 50% women.
When Offered Fall (weeks 1-7), spring (weeks 8-14).
Permission Note Enrollment limited to: undergraduate students; others by permission. Graduate students must enroll in HADM 6155.
