This class combines the best of the Principals of Weight Training and Cardio Crazy to get your day off to a rocking and rolling great start. Students will use resistance and cardio equipment to create the perfect morning wake-up call. Enrollment in this class includes membership privileges in the Cornell Fitness Centers for the semester.
