Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2015-2016.

In part, this course is a survey of U.S. contract law today.  The course also considers the new technologies and methods of doing business that create novel challenges for the content and application of contract law.  In doing so, the course examines issues that impact whether contract law in the twenty-first century must adjust to meet these challenges or whether existing contract law is sufficiently rich and flexible to provide an ample framework.
