Clinical rotation structured to provide supervised clinical experience in the practice of large animal surgery, including sports medicine. Under the direction of faculty and house staff, students participate in the diagnosis, surgical treatment, and care of patients presented to the Equine and Farm Animal Hospital. Training through patient care is supplemented by formal rounds and didactic instruction.
