This completely revised course will critically examine the legal and societal forces that are styming young job seekers by use of non-disclosure agreements, trade secrets, and wage-fixing, recreating the  notion of what is work, its "Uberization", compelling us to revisit the question of, "Who is an employee", and "How did transgender folks gain those rights at work"!

When Offered Fall.

Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisites:  ILRLR 2010, ILRLR 5010, or permission of instructor.  Attendance and participation mandatory.
