Instruction Mode: In Person
Taught in Costa Rica. This is a faculty-led winter study abroad trip. This trip follows a 0.5 credit fall course where students gain familiarity with a particular global development challenge through readings, lectures, and in-class discussions. Then, in this winter session, students travel to meet with actors on the ground who are navigating and developing solutions to these challenges. Prerequisite: GDEV 3500/5500.
